To the entire staff at NJYP:

I would like to wholeheartedly thank each of you for your tireless effort, creativity, patience and tenacity in creating our new website. The work of this team and the end result of our site have far, far exceeded my wildest expectations. I am so proud of our new identity – which each of you helped to create – and am humbled to be associated with such remarkably talented individuals.

What has struck me most about this entire process is that although you are true technology experts who possess overwhelming knowledge of your trade, you were able to translate the technological aspects of this project into concepts that even a techno-phobe, such as myself, could easily understand. If I could dream it; you made it happen.

And while it might be relatively easy to impress those of us who are not web savvy, it is certainly not so with others who work in the IT space everyday. Yet once again, your creative and technological talents have impressed other web designers and graphic artists who work in your field. There is seldom a week that passes where I have not received glowing feedback from other web professionals regarding the impressiveness of fabulous fare’s new site. I can only wish that MY competitors speak as highly of my abilities as your competitors do of you.

Beyond this, I am also embarrassingly aware that I have not always been the easiest of clients – especially lately. I have over-zealously high expectations of myself and of those with whom I work, and little patience with all things technical. For technical professionals such as you, that can be a frustrating combination in a client. Yet without exception, you have treated me with patience, understanding and respect – even during times when I least deserved your kindness. For this alone, NJYP epitomizes professionalism.

In my mind, there is NO other company who can even come close to doing the type of flawless work that you do; and no reason to use anyone but NJYP for web development. You are, truly, in a class alone.

Thank you, all, for everything you have done and continue to do for fabulous fare. Thank you for saying “yes,” when it would have been easier to say “no.” Thank you for your enviable work ethic, for your creativity, and especially for making my vision of what “could be” into what is. You are all, indeed, fabulous!
